Yes. The 30-minute audit is free and needs no preparation. You’ll leave with a shortlist of what’s worth automating first. If there’s a clear opportunity, we propose a paid scoping at a fixed fee. That fee is credited in full against your build.

Every build has a fixed fee, agreed in writing before work starts. It depends on the systems we connect, the volume of documents, the approval steps and whether you need a custom interface, so we set it after scoping. The scoping report puts the expected savings next to the price, so you can judge the payback before you commit.

Then we tell you, and the report is yours. Sometimes the answer is a simpler fix, a tool you already pay for or no AI at all.

Running costs are usually AI usage, hosting and any software licences, paid to those providers. The scoping report lists them next to the savings. Ongoing support from us is optional and priced in the proposal.

Delivery runs in weeks, not months. A simple assistant in tools you already use can be ready in about a week once documents and access are in place. Larger builds take longer. You see the system working on your real tasks early, and the timetable is fixed in the proposal.

No. Where we can, we build inside the tools your team already uses, and we train them at handover. Your team needs to know the work, not the technology.

Yes. You own the code, configuration and documentation we write for you. Any reusable components of ours come with a permanent licence. Third-party software keeps its own licence terms and costs. Your accounts and data stay under your control.

We agree the providers, access rules and data handling before connecting anything, and we sign a data processing agreement (an AVV in Germany) before we handle personal data. Retention and training settings depend on the tools and plan you choose. We don’t use your data to train our own models, and we never resell it.

We test on your real cases before handover, including ones the system should refuse or pass to a person. Important steps keep a person in the loop. The limits are written down, so your team knows when to check.

Training on the system we build is always included. We also run hands-on sessions for wider teams, on their own work rather than generic prompts. We scope those to what you need.

Remotely, in English, with companies in the UK, Europe and the US. We work on European business hours, which overlap with US East Coast mornings. Your contract is with Karko AI Inc., the US company that operates Useful Build. The proposal sets the currency, invoicing and terms.
